Processing Time: Each piece of art at ArtistsAvenue is created with meticulous care and attention to detail. Once your order is placed, the creation process begins. The time taken to complete the artwork varies based on the complexity and type of customization. Generally, our artists require:

• Pre-Made Paintings & Prints: 5-7 business days
• Customized Paintings: 10-15 business days
• Miniature Pencil Sculptures: 7-10 business days
• Customized Vases: 10-12 business days

Shipping Time: After the artwork is completed, it is carefully packaged and shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location:

• Domestic Shipping (Lebanon & UAE): 3-5 business days
• International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Shipping Methods: We use reputable courier services to ensure your artwork arrives safely. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.

Delivery Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

Packaging: To guarantee the protection of your artwork, we use high-quality packaging materials. Paintings are wrapped in acid-free paper and bubble wrap, then placed in a sturdy box. Sculptures and vases are similarly protected with foam inserts and bubble wrap to prevent damage during shipping.

Customs and Duties: For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
